Vizzy + The AI Brain

It runs deeper than any one senior engineer, because it carries the experience of every job VisiCore delivers. It draws on The AI Brain — a knowledge base built from real client work — and you pay for it like any subscription.

Vizzy writes commands through the platform CLIs. These CLIs run every command the same way, every time. Every change runs through a dry run first — a safe preview that shows what will happen before anything real happens. Vizzy then records the finished work in ConnectWise. The AI Brain supplies the judgment. It holds VisiCore's best practices, layered on top of the vendor's own docs. Together, they are the product. On their own, the tools are easy for anyone to rebuild.

The architecture

• Serverless from end to end. The model runs in the Lambda backend. Sessions live in Redis. There is no permanent filesystem to protect.
• Credentials never touch the filesystem. Client connections live in ConnectWise, which holds SOC 2 Type 2 certification — an outside audit of its security controls. The harness (the software that runs the agent) hands the agent a ready-authenticated client object. So the model never sees a raw password, and one client can never reach another's environment.
• The Lambda architecture passed a State Department security review. The security is built in, not bolted on. For the full detail, see architecture and Trust Zone.

Where it stands

The reworked architecture runs 30× faster. It demos live for internal tenants — teams inside VisiCore. Two enterprise accounts are ready to pilot once the security gates clear. The worklist tracks each step from here to customer-facing.
