X10 Today — Up and Usable
The platform is up, we're working on integrations, and a customer has used it. This is the foundation we're extending.
Before the pitch for what to add, the thing that lowers our risk: X10 is up, it is usable, and we are working on integrations. A customer has already used it. This is the foundation — we are pitching extensions to it, not a new platform from scratch.

Service — customer-submitted tickets
Customers submit tickets that route to any VisiCore consultant. Billable time is tracked in ConnectWise, linked to the ticket.

Customers book time directly on a consultant's calendar.
Cribl connectors
Connect Cribl.Cloud, Slack, and Webex.
Large diagnostic upload
Handles very large (600GB+) Splunk/Cribl diagnostic bundles.
Encrypted storage
Cribl Lake (plus ConnectWise) — third-party-validated, not reinvented.
The architecture it's built on
Lambda-serverless
"We don't even have portal servers." No servers to harden, reverse-proxy into, or patch.

One authenticated, secured surface fronts every integration — the natural place to attach new capability.
What it does NOT do yet — the gap we're pitching
Today X10 routes work to humans. The connectors are passive; tickets go to a person. Claude is already wired in (via Lambda) but not surfaced. And it is not taking paid AI engagements — $0 AI revenue, internal-test tenants only.
That gap is the entire opportunity. The integration plumbing is built. We bring the intelligence.
