VisiCore AI — Extending X10

Agentic Delivery

AI drafts, engineers approve — so every engagement ships faster than the last, and the same work grows VisiCore's presence and AI expertise in the community.

Every VisiCore engineer builds with AI today. AI drafts the mechanical work, the engineer reviews and approves it, and the reusable pattern lands in The AI Brain — so no one solves it from scratch again. Two things compound: each engagement ships faster than the last, and the same work becomes AI content that grows VisiCore's presence and proves our AI expertise in the community. Where that reach turns into demand, we charge for it.

The split is precise. The AI drafts configs and analyses. The platform CLIs run them — the same command gives the same result every time. A senior engineer is the gate on every change.

The three initiatives

The ROI (illustrative until measured numbers publish)

OperationGUI baselineAI-assistedTime saved
Building a pipeline3–6 hours30–60 min~85%
Configuring a datasource1–2 hours10–15 min~85%
Building dashboards2–4 hours30–60 min~80%
Health check across worker groups2–4 hours10–20 min~85%
Root-cause correlationhalf a day+15–30 min~90%

Recovered capacity per engineer: 4–6 hours/week, 200–280 hours/year. These are estimates until measured numbers from real jobs publish — the single highest-leverage near-term task, and it needs no customer.

The control loop (why experts don't get slower)

The control loop: the engineer sets a goal, AI drafts the work, a dry run previews it, and the engineer approves for execution or sends it back for revision

Published research finds that experts get slower when they trust AI output too much. This workflow makes that hard to do by design. The expert is the gate, and the dry run is the evidence. Related concerns are tracked in objections.

Success criteria

  • VisiCore publishes its own recovered-capacity numbers from real jobs.
  • The platform CLIs reach a stable, documented v1.
  • The margin gains show up in real engagement economics, not just stories.

Two revenue streams run side by side. Internal margin: engineers finish billable work faster today, and this needs no customer approval. External setup-and-enablement: the customer adopts the CLI, the IAM pattern, and the review workflow, and keeps them forever.
